Normally, i wouldn't post this, as I don't know SOLVE at all, though he runs in some overlapping art worlds with myself. I can tell you that he was 24, an artist (street/graphic/fine) and murdered. He was stabbed to death close to my house in Logan Square earlier this week. The above image is one of the many tribute pieces popping up all over town. My new tent is sweet!

It's very sturdy and water proof. I know because it was put to the test when a crazy wind storm with angry rain came and tried to blow it away around 7 in the morning. I had both the dogs with me and they were freaking out! I thought "the ranger won't let us die here." then i thought about the dead Boy Scouts in Iowa and we decided to make a break for it before it got worse.

Isn't it weird...

when people you have known for a long time have babies? My good friend from TKD and fellow blackbelt, Terri, had a baby boy 2 month ago. His name is John, but can only call him John Boy. It's hard to get my head around the whole thing. This tough little scrapper that I used to kick the shit out of (she kicked the shit out of me too) HAD A BABY. Wow.
